HBCU Connect is proud to announce that it has named TriHealth as its exclusive healthcare provider in Southwest Ohio and will continue to partner with the health system to get more HBCU grads hired.

Originally formed in 1995, TriHealth is a system of six hospitals – Bethesda North, Bethesda Butler, Good Samaritan Hospital at Evendale, Good Samaritan, McCullough-Hyde, and TriHealth Rehabilitation - and more than 140 care locations serving patients and the community throughout Greater Cincinnati. Since its formation, TriHealth has provided a wide range of hospital services, and clinical, educational, preventive, and social programs, like physician practice management, fitness centers and fitness center management, occupational health centers, home health, and hospice care.

TriHealth is comprised of unique individuals who are inspired to create a culture of diverse talents and perspectives that will enable each individual to contribute fully in the pursuit of TriHealth’s mission and vision. By developing a diverse workforce, TriHealth consistently works to increase its talent pool, reinforce its mission and strengthen the overall system in ways that will maximize its performance and competitive advantage to the patients and communities it serves.

“We are honored to have been selected as the exclusive healthcare partner of choice in Southwest Ohio for such an esteemed organization as HBCU Connect,” said Mark C. Clement, president and CEO of TriHealth. “We recognize that diversity creates a stronger workforce, and the expansion of our relationship is yet another step towards advancing our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. This partnership aligns with our mission and business goals and commitment to recruit, retain and develop diverse talent.”
