
One of the biggest lies ever told to people is they can just take a pill and get thin and in shape.
There is only one way to get in shape and that is to work your butt off and do it. No pill or temporary fix will keep you where you want to be, it starts with a decision to make a change, a plan of action and a start.
As a former professional athlete I know that the only way to get better at anything is to practice. Getting in shape will require you to live differently, it won't be easy at first but it will get easier as you progress. Having a coach and someone to be accountable to will also help you reach your goals much faster by staying on track and motivating you to succeed.
