I have gain victory over salt in my food but it wasn't easy. However for awhile I had control over the sugar but lately I was having a craving for it. I am not a diabetic but lately in my house I have seen more sodas and carbohydrates drinks than ever. Whenever I go to get something to drink there is sodas, fruit punch, tea and water never- the-less the sugar drinks seems to win. Is there any suggestions on this thing we call NEGATIVE CRAVING.
