God has changed his mind on more than one account. Yes. Consider the story of Jonah and Nineveh. God was going to destroy the city and its people. But when he saw that they repented, he relented.
Or God said "I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man and beast; and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that had created them." (Genesis 6)
Remember Noah and the task God gave him to do.

God would never send a Jewish Jonah to a different race of people. The Jewish people are wrong. The people of Nineveh did not produce Jonah. People produces their own prophet and God anoints them. The Jewish people are wrong about Jonah!
Please, you and I are two Black American men! Don’t bring the Jewish people’s story between us. The Jewish people can not confirm that you are right.
Please, learn to have your own story and experience with your own prophet and God like the Jewish people.

The confirmation is The Holy Bible, Which GOD give Moses the first five books of and inspired The Black Hebrews Prophets to write the other books.

You have never been a prophet and you will never be a prophet. I am a prophet and I proved it when I revealed my first revelation.
I am above you so I would know more about God than you would.
So, I will say to you what God has said to me. Humans can change their minds especially when they are sincerely seeking forgiveness. God is the same all the time and mind changing with God is a no, no especially because God doesn’t need forgiveness like a human.
If God can change can change mind I wouldn’t have faith in God!

God is not a mind changer because God is the same all the time. The prophet is the spoke person for God to his people. How then can it be analytical and rational to say that the prophet can change his mind?
Absolutely not! I will not change my mind that prophets are racially different and that Black Americans are a NEW race of people because the facts are there to support these claims!
The penalty for a prophet to change his mind is hash! The Jewish Jesus is an example of what happens to a prophet when he changes his mind from God’s command; they are crucified as the Jewish Jesus was. The Jewish was the worse prophet God had ever anointed because he had changed his mind and took his message to the gentiles.
He prayed all night in the Garden of Gethsemane that God would forgive him when he realized what he had done!
You ought to pray for him instead of praying to him!

After all the proof that I have shown you and you wonder why I keep going back to this Black Hebrew thing, you label it as. You poor stiff neck person you. God specifically speaks about people with conditions like yours in Exodus 32;9 "Go up to a land flowing with milk and honey; for I will not go up in your midst, lest I consume you on the way, for you are a stiff-necked people"
Here is another time GOD changed his mind.
Exodus 33:5 For the Lord had said to Moses, “Tell the Israelites, ‘You are a stiff-necked people. If I were to go with you even for a moment, I might destroy you. Now take off your ornaments and I will decide what to do with you.’”
Here's another warning to The Black Hebrew and God changed is mind.
Hebrews 4:1-2 says that the Israelites failed in the wilderness because "the word which they heard . . . [was not] mixed with faith," Paul is referring to this principle. They simply would not yield their mind to admit that He, GOD was right. They seized upon their own opinions, observing them rather than what God commanded. Each individual Israelite may not have actually gone through the process of rejecting each command, but simply keeping their habitual attitudes and conduct, produced the same end.
This is what you are doing HARRY, you are following your own opinion and not the word of God. I can't help but to remember something you said earlier, when you said that you was trying to tell GOD something, in reference to your 15 generation breeding thing. "YOU TRYING TO TELL GOD SOMETHING."
It is God who tell you want to do and you will do it or answer to GOD why his order was not carried out, you stiff-neck man.

The people that God was talking to in the Book of Exodus were the Children of Israel 4000 years ago! Yes, Black America’s situation is very similar to the Children of Israel; two different incidents but very similar.

God was waiting until Black Americans could produce a worthy spirit (a Black American person) that God would anoint. That worthy spirit was me Harry Watley and so God anointed me six years ago.
You may ask the same question about the Children of Israel; what was God waiting for? God was waiting for the Children of Israel to produce a worthy spirit (a Child of Israel) that God would anoint. The worthy spirit was Moses and so God anointed Moses of all the Hebrew men!
