One thing about Whitney's funeral today, that church gave her the HONOR AND RESPECT SHE DESERVED! The only thing the media could still pin on Whitney was that she had a substance abuse problem and did hand stands (at a age when most people can't). The media needs to wake up. The attacks on Whitney are the same attacks we and our children experience every day in one form or another. They used every means to discredit her (and all of us) in life and then dis-respect her in death. WE honored Whitney by letting her go out in style!

And those clowns WILL LEARN THE HARD WAY no doubt...Now I read earlier about how 2 book authors named Roy Baumeister and John Tierney attacked the song on their Twitter pages by claiming it gave rise to the narcissitic mentality in society today...these typical racists in the media are out of line!!! When "The Greatest Love of All" was first heard on the radio, it was a theme song that jazz musician George Benson wrote for Muhammad Ali's movie...not the one featuring Will Smith and Jada, I'm talking about the one titled "The Greatest" made in the 1970s where Muhammad Ali's character was played by himself. That song would not have received the recognition it receives today if it weren't for Whitney. When Whitney sang "The Greatest Love of All" she gave it a global appeal and it became considered by many as a positive force in America, Africa, and even Asia. The song was an anthem for ANYONE in need of self-esteem!

As expected the Fox network showed as much disrespect as possiable, but they will regret it in the long term as they will have to learn the hard way those days are over and done. (smile)
