HBCUConnect.com Founder Gives Keynote Speech At Morgan State University's Annual Men's MBA Retreat (6372 hits)

-- "Leading By Example" was the theme at this second annual gathering --

Baltimore, MD (May 9, 2012) -- HBCUConnect.com founder William Moss was the keynote speaker at this year's inspirational leadership summit conceived of and hosted by Baltimore, Maryland-based Morgan State University. On April 4th, Moss inspired the gathered MBA candidates and alumni with his tale of the genesis of HBCUConnect, his experience as an HBCU graduate from Hampton University, and the leadership principles he applies every day in growing and managing a profitable enterprise in today's rapidly changing world.

A skilled public speaker and writer, in fact a former FM radio personality, Moss is often in demand both as a speaker on new media, the specialized field of internet media, or as in this case, leadership development, motivation and of course, the HBCU experience. Moss often conducts presentations to college students on entrepreneurship, career preparation, and the relevancy of technology to African Americans.

"Any chance I get, I really enjoy the opportunity to give back, to share my experience and whatever insight I have gained over the years with students and colleagues. I was fortunate enough to have lots of positive influences and mentors in my life, so if I can continue that tradition, then I really feel it is the least I could do," said Moss. "I really enjoyed the opportunity to fellowship with my young colleagues affiliated with Morgan State. It was a fulfilling experience and I hope we can work together again in the future."

Mr. Moss is available for speaking and panelist engagements and may be contacted via the info provided at the end of this release. Founded in 1999, HBCUConnect.com is the first and largest portal targeted towards the Historically Black College and University (HBCU) community. Encompassing a complete web portal, recruiting engine, social networking site, forums, blogs, news feeds and shopping, HBCUConnect.com serves the needs of HBCU aspirants, students, alumni, faculty and staff by providing a single destination and launching point for the entire diaspora.

To book Will Moss for a speaking engagement, call (614) 416-5515.
