Though I don't agree with everything Ann Coultier says, in this case Coulter is right, about the evil, eugenicist, Dr. Margaret Sanger, founder of The Negro Project. Now, I'm sure, even with this, few will bother to investigate, so I'll provide this link, for your benefit. Keep in mind, that the majority of PP centers are in the black community:
