In a planned announcement today at 2:30 p.m., EST, President Obama will announce that the Healthcare Exchange Market Place's website known as "Obamacare," will re-launch after technicians worked hard over the weekend fixing many of the kinks plaguing the website!
Tremendous steps were taken over the weekend to improve the Healthcare.gov website! Mr. Jeffrey Zients oversaw the fixing of those technical issues that will now allow up to 50,000 persons to enroll into Obamacare at the same time according to the Huffington Post.
This is remarkable in light of the problematic launch of the website on October 1st! In addition to that, this re-launch comes at a time when many college students are on break and can take the time to enroll before returning to school and studies.
Young Adults between the ages of 18 and 34 are extremely encouraged to purchase health insurance in Obamacare because it is affordable, sensible, and it is the law. The need to have affordable health insurance will allow student to be a valuable asset to potential employers because thy will preventive healthcare.
Everybody needs healthcare and it is very costly in the long run for everyone else when major illnesses arise and the person is not insured. Obamacare even covers mental healthcare and is crucial in preventing serious mental illnesses and treating mental illnesses.
While some believe that it young adults will be paying for seniors, as parents and responsible adults we must unstand that every population of citizens will be supporting the economy by being insured. This will sustain Obamacare as a cost-effective health insurance provider which strengthens America and will not weaken it. It also means that as we age, we enter into a generation who can work less and we should enjoy those golden years more. The young adults today replace us and they need to be strong and healthy to continue building America and sustaining what we have done. This includes paving the way for the next generation. None of this will be possible with poor physical and mental health.
So, tune in today at 2:30 p.m., EST for the President's announcement! Spread the news and most importantly, enroll young adults into Obamacare!
