
It's lunch time here at my office on this productive Monday afternoon. I had a low fat lunch and now I'm trying to get these Vitamins digested.
What is the point in taking Vitamins?
It's simple: To stay healthy.
I normally see a difference in my energy level, ability to digest food, and cell regeneration.
