A personal friend degenerates with lupus
These events prompted this post and the following passages from Sojourn to Honduras Sojourn to Healing. After reading these passages I hope you make a good effort to eat foods that nourish and energize your body, foods that keep you healthy, foods that keep your body intact.
page 68,
"I find that men that are in their 70s and they're impotent, to them all 70-year-olds are impotent," he said. "And I find that men in their 30s that are impotent think that all men in their 30s are impotent. So you only have yourself as a barometer. But I want to tell the world that the yardstick they are using is one that is mechanical, because if they just look around and see that everybody is eating the same food and doing the same thing, well, if the diseases occur at the same time, they shouldn't be surprised."
page 76,
"A sister was treated in San Diego, California. They were about to remove both of her feet. And we gave her the compounds and she recovered. But we told her not to eat the bean pie because the bean pie was too high in glucose and it affected her. She had diabetes. Her feet were black. She has a picture of it. She was told by us to discontinue eating lamb or beef or chicken because her blood was septic. To remove the condition and save her, we recommended that she has to stop eating those things. When she stopped, they called it a miracle. The woman has both of her feet. They didn't have to remove them, amputate her feet, and she does not have diabetes."
These words by herbalist Dr. Sebi tell us to eat well, live well, don't cut up or cut into your body. It is not necessary. Change your diet and live. Rebuild your damaged cells and live. Changing your diet cold turkey is not necessary either, just a gradual shift from things like cow's milk to coconut milk or almond milk. Instead of potatoes, you could have chickpeas. There's a nutrition guide on Dr. Sebi's website http://www.drsebiscellfood.com and a food guide, along with the history of food in Sojourn to Honduras Sojourn to Healing https://www.createspace.com/5074819
