UPDATE: Beyonce's mom is indeed a newly married woman.
People magazine confirms that Tina Knowles tied the knot with Richard Lawson, and notes that Beyonce even posted an image of the newlyweds looking glam in head-to-toe white on her website.

According to TMZ, Beyonce’s 61-year-old mom and her fiancé got married this weekend on a yacht off the California coast.
A white-clad Beyonce, Jay Z and Blue Ivy were all reportedly in attendance. Solange Knowles, who tied the knot herself in November, was also present, TMZ says.

This is the second marriage for Tina Knowles, who filed for divorce from Beyonce’s dad and former manager, Mathew Knowles, in 2009 after more than three decades of marriage.
In October, Tina, a fashion designer, opened up about finding love again after her divorce.
“I’m at my happiest I've been in a long, long time,” she said at a Houston event.
Lawson, perhaps best known for his role in the 1982 movie "Poltergeist," has also been once married before. He and Tina started dating in 2013.
