Cardinal Health is serious about recruiting diverse candidates – Apply Today! (129213 hits)

HBCUConnect.com and Cardinal Health (www.cardinalhealth.com) recently launched a new partnership in which Cardinal Health has contracted with HBCUConnect.com to post job openings and recruit diverse candidates, benefitting both parties by sharing their many job opportunities with a more diverse audience.

Cardinal Health has already adopted the position that a diverse and inclusive work environment is essential for achieving corporate success, and the company offers a wide variety of training opportunities and employee resource groups in an effort to ensure that its workplace business practices accurately reflect the communities it serves. However, working directly with HBCUConnect.com opens up a direct pipeline to a well-established minority recruiting professional talent pool.

“Cardinal Health is committed to reaching candidates from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, and this initiative takes that concept one step further,” explains Will Moss, founder and CEO of HBCUConnect.com. “With this new initiative, they'll open their organization up to learning even more from candidates and employees who can bring different skills and perspectives to the workplace."

In addition to posting job openings on HBCUConnect.com, Cardinal Health will also benefit from access to the existing resume database to recruit candidates directly.  Cardinal Health will also be listed as one of the many companies recruiting talent from the HBCU network in the Employer Showcase section of HBCUConnect.com.

Positions listed run the gamut from entry-level warehouse associates all the way up to director of financial planning and analysis and senior software engineers. Interested candidates can post their resume online here to apply easily for jobs offered by Cardinal Health. Other prominent healthcare companies already represented on HBCUConnect.com include United Health Group, TriHealth and Eli Lilly and Company.

The partnership between HBCUConnect.com and Cardinal Health, as well as any new employers that are hiring, will be announced in the HBCU newsletter.   To subscribe simply visit www.hbcuconnect.com/subscribe
