People with Developmental Disabilities

The Ethan Saylor Alliance Partnership has announced an opportunity for people with developmental disabilities to learn, teach and help train law enforcement (police) officers. Funded by the Maryland Department of Disabilities, the Alliance is made up of People On the Go (POG), The Arc Maryland, the Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities at Kennedy Krieger Institute (MCDD) and Pathfinders for Autism
Compensation provided.
People on the Go is accepting applications through October 21 for fifteen people with developmental disabilities to attend training to prepare for two trainings provided to police officers.
