It is with great sadness to learn that one of our great, great Literary Leaders has passed away.
However, it is knowing that, Ms. Toni Morrison is resting in heavenly peace with her crown and her anointed pen that we thank our God Most High for the literary gifts she left us.
My thoughts and prayers are with us all on this day.
Thank you, Ms. Toni Morrison, for influencing me with one of my first teen readers many, many years ago: "The Bluest Eye." That first book made me a lifelong fan.
