Power of the Breath Tour Continues in Macon/Savannah, GA for Juneteenth (124 hits)


After a successful, national radio broadcast and t.v. webcast on the Steve Harvey Morning Show in April, Ayo Handy-Kendi, The PositivEnergy Breath Coach continues to be featured in the Power of the Breath Tour™ from June 11- 13 in Macon and Savannah, Georgia. Sponsored by Handy-Kendi’s wholistic health service, PositivEnergyWorks, the tour will offer the life-changing, Wellness Party and training Breathshop at the following locations:

Thurs, June 11: a Pre-Juneteenth Wellness Party, 7 – 9 p.m.
$12 door; $10 pre-register on-line

On sale at all of the events will be Handy-Kendi’s “Power of the Breath Book” and accompanying DVD, “Relaxation Moments – Breath Techniques” along with John Davies’ relaxation CD’s, 100% Therapeutic Essential oils, and the “Pause and Breathe” Tee Shirt and product line by Marti Miller.

The Power of the Breath’s first tour, scheduled for the Spring/Summer 2009, is focusing on “Saging Baby Boomers and Those Who Care for Them”. The tour’s Wellness Party offers a fun, “get-down” offering breath and health self-care tips, stress busters and inspiration to the beat of old school, R & B, gospel and relaxation “tune-up” music. A workshop or “Breathshop” will further coach you in “relearning how to” breathe correctly along with 6 other life-changing, breath techniques with wellness prevention tips & stress busters.

Research documents that 9 out of 10 Americans are NOT breathing correctly, which puts their health at great risks. Join us as we offer a self-care tool – deep breathing – along with simple, natural remedies and better health habits to impact the challenging illnesses seen today as the tour is spear-heading a “breath movement”.

Ayo Handy-Kendi is renown as a Breathologist/Stress Manager, having facilitated millions of people on radio, t.v. and featured in print coaching breathwork/stress management and transformational breathing along with other transformative processes since, 1996.
