Remember the late night eating I do, my personal favorite was hot chocolate and toast with butter or even better a fat piece of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream melted of course. Ok so how did I get fat in the first place. WE love to eat so we fill our plates with everything we like, mac & cheese, smothered chicken, pork chops, potato salad, curry chicken with potatoes, BBQ ribs, the list goes20on and on we eat and eat accumulating fat. We accumulate fat because we over eat at work, parties, break time, snack time, lunch time, dinner time, my time, upset time, breakup time anytime is the right time to eat.
Time is what we need when it comes to losing weight. We need time to love ourselves enough to do what is right for our bodies. A pill just won’t do and no quick fix shakes. We need time to plan a meal, time to exercise, time to prepare the meal, time to eat it, time to rest and time to relax. Can you lose the weight? Yes, I lost 81 lbs from 220 lbs it took time, cleansing, exercise, changing my eating lifestyle and commitment.
