HBCU Week has a lot to offer you! How about some Physical Fitness!

Let's motivate each other to stay in shape so we can perform better in class and at work and throughout the HBCU festivities we will partake in from here on out. Take the step of joining the Free 30 Day Cardio Challenge, created by Florida A&M University Alum/Personal Trainer,"Mr. Shut Up And Train" Rahman Grayson.

Join the 30 Day Cardio Fitness Challenge now: http://www.mrshutupandtrain.com/

Today is a perfect day to start your Fitness Challenge. Be creative and find a way to incorporate exercise into your daily activities. If your watching t.v. fall back and do some crunches, or push-ups. If your sitting at your desk get your leg workout on with equipment like the Thigh-master or work those arms out with the Free Weights.

Track your results and pat yourself on the back as you make progress.
Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water!

We are looking for our next HBCU Alumni Magazine Cover Model so we are going to put your results to work!!

Don't forget to stretch!
Where there is a Will, there is a Way!
GO!
