Discovering novel therapies to treat chronic diseases

We are a globally founded healthcare company with headquarters outside of Copenhagen, Denmark. Our US headquarters is based in Plainsboro, New Jersey.

For more than 100 years, we have been driving change to defeat diabetes. This has given us the expertise and capabilities to help defeat other serious chronic diseases, including obesity, rare diseases, and cardiovascular conditions.

From our labs to our factory floors, we are discovering and developing innovative biological medicines and making them accessible and affordable to patients throughout the world.
