Data Analyst / Operations Manager

The position will directly report to Senior Director, IT and will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to achieve department and business goals</p><p></p><p><u><b>Job Responsibilities</b></u></p><ul><li>Assist in the development of financial projections including the annual budget and rolling monthly forecasts</li><li><span>Use the expertise in the collection, analysis, and management of quantitative financial data</span></li><li>Analyze financial results and variances and prepare various internal financial reports</li><li>Develop and monitor key performance indicators and related metrics to drive analytics throughout the organization</li><li>Participate in monthly closing process and reconcile activity in key accounts</li><li>Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data and enhance the company’s value</li><li>Assist project managers in uploading budgets and forecasts into ERP system and Planning & Budgeting system</li><li>Coordinate with Internal and external teams to make sure that contracts are prepared timely and within companies’ legal policies</li><li>Supervise a team to make sure that tasks are completed timely and accurately.</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Sr. Director</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li>Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 8+ years of relevant business experience OR a bachelor’s degree combined with additional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, MBA) and a minimum of 2+ years related, functional business experience. </li><li>Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and influencing skills required.</li><li>The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff is required.</li><li>An ability to perform role as a trainer will be highly required to perform this role. </li><li>Should be able to manage the team of 3-5 resources.</li><li>Excellent computer skills required. Especially proficient in Excel. SAP experience is preferred or should at least have willingness to learn.</li><li>Must be an independent self-starter with a high level of confidence and a critical approach to matters.</li><li>Communicates tactfully and effectively both verbally and in writing and maintains effective work relations with those encountered during employment.</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to new instructions and/or dynamic organizational priorities is critical for job success</li></ul><p></p><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that <span>matters.
