Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support their HR department. The ideal candidate must be highly comfortable working within ADP systems and have a solid foundation in HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities: - Administer HR programs and policies in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Process employee information and update records in ADP efficiently.
- Assist with benefits administration, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
- Provide support to managers and employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Maintain and track employee leave, attendance, and other HR metrics.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Handle confidential employee data with discretion.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong experience with ADP (or similar HRIS) for payroll, benefits, and employee records management.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
