Senior Pharmacy Distribution Coordinator
Job Summary Monday thru Friday
4:00 PM - 12:30 am
Rate of Pay: $21.00/hour PLUS additional Pay Shift Incentive for the 4 pm Start

Provide support to all areas of the Warehouse Pharmacy Distribution and Central Service Operations including shipping, receiving, HEAVY Inventory Control, as well as coordinating work activities of pharmacy support specialists and general warehouse selectors to efficiently achieve production demands.Job Description - Experience Required: 0 to 6 months and 6 to 12 months in distribution center environment
- Experience Desired: 1 or more years of experience in a distribution center environment. 2 or more year of experience working with pharmaceutical products.\u2002\u2002
- Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities - Assist Operations in Receiving, Put-Away, Replenishment, Selection, Staging and Loading of product prior to load departure.
- Assist management by assigning tasks to other department Team Members and oversee the completion of the daily workload.
- Provide clear direction to Team Members to meet customer requirements and production demands.
- Maintain a consistent presence on the warehouse floor to observe and monitor Distribution Center operations.
- Utilize problem solving and conflict resolution skills and escalate situations to Shift Supervisor, Pharmacy management team and/or Human Resources when appropriate.
- Promote Safety to reinforce and recognize good work habits and identify training needs.
- Coordinate training of new Team Members, as well as cross-training current Team Members.
- Assist management with inventory control functions to ensure accurate inventory levels and an organized Distribution Center.
- Assist in Cycle Counting to ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
- Research discrepancies in inventory to identify causes and correct errors.
- Prepare paperwork and reports to provide a complete, accurate record of production activities and inventory.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed and assigned.
