Sales Associate - Splash
<p><strong><span>DIVE IN TO A NEW CAREER WITH A LESLIE'S COMPANY:</span></strong></p><p>Since the early 1950's Splash has been an industry leader in the sales and expertise of above-ground pools and spas. We became a part of Leslie's family in November 2022. Our product lines now include patio furniture, hot tubs, swim spas, exercise pools, in-ground pools, and above-ground pools. We also carry pool and spa chemicals and accompanying accessories. We pride ourselves in being the area’s leading experts in installing and maintaining your backyard entertainment equipment. These stores are named SPLASH!</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and supports the General Manager in all aspects of daily retail operations to ensure the store runs efficiently and delivers an outstanding customer experience.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.</p></li><li><p>Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions using the POS system.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.</p></li><li><p>Assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory control.</p></li><li><p>Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent (or currently attending high school).</p></li><li><p>Minimum of one year of external retail experience, <strong>or</strong> at least six months as a Sales Associate internally with successful completion of Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced training modules.</p></li><li><p>Must be 18 years of age.</p></li><li><p>Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.</p></li><li><p>Managerial experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers.</p></li><li><p>Ability to complete all required training within two months of hire.</p></li><li><p>To qualify as a key holder, candidates must successfully complete all Intermediate training requirements.
