Accounts Payable Analyst
The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst plays a key role within Sinclairs Source to Pay organization by ensuring invoices and payment requests are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs). This role supports stations, corporate departments, and external vendors while contributing to continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional development.
What Youll Do
- Process invoices accurately and within SLA, maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Ensure proper invoice coding and correct pay group assignment
- Respond to emails within 8 business hours and ServiceNow tickets within 4 business hours
- Support urgent payment requests and communicate status clearly to stakeholders
- Provide professional, customer-focused support to internal and external partners
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and assist during peak workloads
- Identify and share process improvements and best practices
What Were Looking For
- Experience in Accounts Payable, finance operations, or shared services
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems, ServiceNow (or similar), and Microsoft Office preferred

The base hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 an hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
