We strive to create a positive and fun atmosphere where our Team Members feel valued and are enthusiastic about the contributions they make to the success of Leslie's.</p><p><strong>Overview: </strong></p><p>The Shift Lead 2 will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.</p><p><strong>Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 / Hourly</strong></p><p><em>Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. </em></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.</li><li>Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.</li><li>Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.</li><li>Assist with merchandising and inventory control.</li><li>Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School</li><li>A valid driver's license with reliable transportation</li><li>Customer service experience or retail experience</li><li>Experience leading a team (preferred)</li><li>Ability to achieve placement in the succession program</li><li>Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers</li><li>Ability to complete required training within two months of hire</li><li>The ability to lift 50 lbs</li></ul><p><strong>Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.</strong> Leslie's is committed to developing and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within our company and the communities we serve.
