Maximus is seeking a Scrum Master to provide expertise to a federal client in support of their mission-critical systems in defense of our Homeland.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Requirements:
- The Scrum Master will facilitate and ensure the effective implementation of Agile practices.- Foster a collaborative and productive environment for a federal client’s operations.
- Play a pivotal role in guiding teams through Agile methodologies
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. 
- Other tasks as assigned
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- 7 + years of related experience  
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship
- This is an on-site position at a government facility.
- Requires presence on-site five days per week in Annapolis Junction, MD.
- Candidates must reside within a commutable distance.
- Participation in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency page-outs is required.
-High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Related experience supporting IT programs as a Scrum Master.
