CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST II

Our work depends on Customer Service Specialist II joining our team to provide support via the telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries.

You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with theirMedicaidclaims.

HOW A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives

  • Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports

  • Acts as liaison for customers

  • Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Required Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Required Technical Skills:

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong telephone and verbal communication skills

    • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Location: Hybrid and on-site at 22 Corporate Woods, Albany NY
