We are searching for the best talent for our Program Manager, Indications & Geographic Expansion role. This position will be located in Santa Clara, CA, however consideration will be given to our Cincinnati, OH site. Job Description: The Program Manager, Indications & Geographic Expansion, will be a core member of the Expansion team, responsible for the development of new indications and the expansion of technologies into new geographies. This opportunity is within the Program Strategy & Execution (PS&E) organization. Project teams are global, though primarily located in Santa Clara, CA and Cincinnati, OH. The role will be accountable for developing end-to-end schedules and breaking them down into actionable quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs). The individual may work within a hybrid Agile project management framework to focus and drive the teams to achieve important short-term milestones that are critical to the success of the overall development plan and strategy. In collaboration with the team, the Program Manager will drive risk management and mitigation which requires contingency planning, conflict resolution, and tradeoff assessments.Another aspect of this role is building strong relationships with peers, cross-functional and global partners. The individual needs to be willing to communicate difficult decisions, strategies, and priorities while maintaining a culture of collaboration and end-to-end accountability. With other team leaders the individual should create a positive team environment and a culture with a sense of urgency, driving toward improved team effectiveness and achievement. Required Skills & Experience: <ul><li>BS is required. A degree in engineering or related technical discipline is highly preferred.</li><li>Prior program management experience of 6+ years is required, 8+ is preferred.</li><li>In addition to US FDA, experience with BSI, PMDA, TUV, and other global regulatory bodies preferred. </li><li>Prior experience in a regulated environment is required, and medical device experience is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience working in an engineering capacity or with an engineering project team is required.</li><li>Experience with managing schedules with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet is required; experience with Agile methodology and Jira capabilities is preferred.</li><li>Successful candidate must have proven track record of taking initiative with demonstrated ability to manage a complex program in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to align diverse stakeholders, lead teams, and influence decision making without direct reporting authority.</li></ul> Other Requirements:<ul><li>This position may require up to 10-15% travel.</li><li>This position is located in Santa Clara, CA, however consideration will be given to our Cincinnati, OH site.</li><li>Ability to flex working hours to accommodate collaboration across multiple time zones, as needed.</li></ul>Required Skills: Preferred Skills: The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$134,000.00 - $231,150.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
