Bachelor's Level Intern: Supportive Housing- 6877
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Be a part of CHR’s growing organization!</strong></p> <p><strong>INTERNSHIP TYPE: </strong>Internship - Bachelor's Level<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>HOURS/SCHEDULE: </strong> TBD, flexible 15-20 hours</p> <p><strong>PROGRAM/LOCATION: </strong>Supportive Housing, Manchester</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ABOUT THE PROGRAM:</strong></span><strong> Supportive Housing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Link to necessary medical services and entitlements</li> <li>Assist with completing annual lease packs</li> <li>Support clients with pursuing their declared goals</li> <li>Connect to public transportation for community access</li> <li>Gather information to complete assessments every 6 months</li> <li>Collaborate completion of client’s treatment plan every 3 months</li> <li>Team building mentality</li> <li>Client oriented advocacy</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>PROGRAM OUTLINE:</strong></span></p> <p>By participating as a Bachelor's Level Intern with CHR, you can expect to gain firsthand experience and training related to clinical mental health & substance abuse evaluation and treatment as well as other services, including assessment, working on independent living skills, outreach treatment services and medication evaluation and monitoring.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong> Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in mental health field.</p> <p><strong>Experience: </strong>Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment preferred but not required.</p> <p><strong>Licensure/Certification/Registration</strong>: Valid driver’s license</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>WHY INTERN AT CHR?</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>With over 80 programs statewide, CHR presents plenty of opportunity to establish and grow your career in behavioral health, pre and/or post-graduation!</li> <li>Work in collaboration with our experienced and dedicated staff</li> <li>Make a difference in our community</li> <li>Earn school credit</li> <li>Flexible hours</li> <li>And much more…!</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>CHR is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage all to apply.</strong></p>
