
I have allowed myself to get too large. I am 50+ lbs. over the top of my weight chart for my height. Now what? Get it off. I am not drivng my own car for six months, buying a bike (by January 14) and using public transportation. My goal is to lose a minimum of 50 pounds by June 30, 2009.
I start dance class in a few days that should help as well. I know how to eat right. I just have to make myself do it. No more cheesecake or key lime pie for a while.
