As I am learing more about the positive effects of social networking, it's imparative that we all find our own Mastermind Group as Napolean so eloquently outlined in his book titled Laws of Success. In 2009 I plan to take it a bit further by encouraging you to start what I have coined as an In Common Reference Group. (ICRG)
Some of you have already tapped into this awesome tool for success. I have done this for years as a have traveled along the roads of Life Insurance agent, Real Estate Agent, Network Marketer and Fitness Professional. The common thread of my success in all of the ventures is having a In Common Reference Group (ICRG)
Let me back up and explain how I define what an ICRG really is...
An ICRG is a group of two or more people with the same interest and is working on a common goal.
This is apparent with the growth of Black Health.org Your friends should have sharable knowledge, a sharable network or something that works to help your success tree grow. But be careful, in some cases it may be a one way street. You may spend many hours helping them and end up neglecting your vision. Make sure you are sharing ideas to improve all parties and that include you too. If you want to focus on one party in the ICRG make sure it is understood early on. Let's reach back, push forward and pull each other to the top of the success mountain. Can we do this...YES WE CAN!
