Let's motivate each other to stay in shape so we can perform better in class and at work and throughout the HBCU festivities we will partake in from here on out. If your watching t.v. fall back and do some crunches, or push-ups. If your sitting at your desk get your leg workout on with equipment like the Thigh-master or work those arms out with the Free Weights.
Track your results and pat yourself on the back as you make progress.
Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water!
