“A business plan is designed to be a road map to guide the entrepreneur and is essential to a business’ success,” said Lorenza Patrick, ASU Small Business Development Center director. “A good business plan can help a business with a number of tasks, such as helping the business owner convey his vision to a potential investor, attract new businesses or suppliers, or to simply better manage their business.”

Workshop participants will learn essential tips and advice for writing a successful business plan, which includes how to start or grow a business, marketing, production of service, organization and management, research and development, finance and how to remain competitive.
