All that over standing at a bus stop. Don't see the problem with them waiting for the bus. I could understand if they were out there tagging graffiti, kicking cars and cursing passersby out, but 3 black youth waiting for a school bus is a threat? You can't stand, walk, drive, shop, eat...It's criminal simply to BE black nowadays.
