Belly fat use to bother me. But now I am in love with my belly as is whenever. I see so many people struggle and stress over their shape and those people seem unhappy. I have learned to workout when I feel like it for myself not to please anyone else. So cheers to loving yourself as you are and working out when you feel like it.!

How May I Help You NC
Exercise plus good, healthy meals, a winning combination. Nina, I agreed with just about everything you advised until you mentioned eating low-fat dairy products and soy. I've learned from physically strong octogenarian vegetarian, Dr. Sebi, that on the road to good health leave daily doses of dairy out. And he and other environmentally conscious people say soy should be removed from diets because it is genetically modified and has a harmful effect on the body. I'd like to recommend a focus on eating and drinking alkaline food, food that is natural and has a pH rating of 7.1 and above. If you exercise and eat 80% alkaline food on a daily basis, your body and immune system will love you for it. For more information about alkaline food from Dr. Sebi's perspective, read the book Sojourn to Honduras Sojourn to Healing: Why An Herbalist's View Matters More Today Than Ever Before. http://www.sojourntohonduras.com
