We just had the opportunity to minister as the keynote speaker in the national Evangelical Alliance of Nicaragua. They said there are some 14,000 congregations in Nicaragua and growing. There were leaders from over 108 denominations and 24 Christian associations. You can just imagine the spiritual warfare during the meetings. Not all of these denominational leaders believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit like you. We ended up preaching on the importance of the Holy Spirit in leadership. The Holy Spirit came down! To my joy almost all the leaders allowed me to pray for them to be filled with His Spirit. Amen!
Soon we will hold our Nicaragua annual apostles and prophets' conference in San Marcos at the television station. We are looking forward to the local outreaches, feeding the poor, ministering to the orphans, and open air crusades. It’s all very exciting to experience the anointing in action. At our Nicaragua television station (TVSUR) we hosted the Full Gospel Business Men International for ten days. It was extremely well organized with attendees from many nations. The Launch Conference has just ended, and we are full. I was amazed to meet so many new people that traveled from all around the country and from overseas. It’s amazing how the Holy Spirit draws people of like precious faith. We were blessed and encouraged, receiving divine strategies and direction. One couple told me they can’t wait for the Gathering of the Remnant (http://jonasclarkstore.com/conference-registrati…/conference) November 9th - 12th 2017.
This morning the Holy Spirit gave me this thought during prayer, “Give your imagination an assignment.” Think of that, your imagination is the ability to see what’s not. There is tremendous power in the ability to see.
God gave Abraham’s imagination an assignment. “And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever” (Genesis 13:14-15). The kingdom principle is this: “If you can see it, you can achieve it.”
The Bible is a book of instruction. The instruction you obey determines the benefits you receive. Some don’t understand the difference between the promises of God and the principles of God. One can love God and never activate His blessings. That’s because the promises of God are activated by obeying His kingdom principles. When you follow kingdom instruction, that obedience unlocks kingdom benefits. For example, the Word says, “Give, and it shall be given” (Luke 6:38). We call that an instruction to obey a kingdom principle. As you already know, some will give and some won’t. In other words, some will follow the principle and some won’t. Both could love Jesus, but only one unlocks the harvest.
This is what happened to Peter when Jesus told him to launch out into the deep. Peter wrestled with the instruction. His mind was asking how a preacher could know how to be prosperous in the fishing business. “Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net” (Luke 5:4-5). We know what happened, Peter won the battle in his mind. Here is the kingdom principle again; the instruction you obey unlocks the kingdom benefits you receive.
Remember our challenge this year to set aside the first 17 minutes of every day to be alone with the Holy Spirit. Grab a cup of coffee, head to your secret place (prayer closet), put on some worship music the Holy Spirit likes, and abide with him. When you enter the presence of the Holy Spirit, you enter the presence of wisdom. What is wisdom? Wisdom is the ability to make right decisions. It’sthe ability to know what to do. James wrote, “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him” (James 1:5). This one little thing will change your life forever.
